OUR HISTORY

Fourteen years ago, Chris Hoard began his career in the construction industry. He started much like his father did as a wallpaper hanger and painter in residential remodels. He later expanded his business to include commercial renovations and serviced the top five assisted living and rehabilitation facilities in the state of Florida. In the mid-nineties, Mr. Hoard expanded his scope of work to include all finishes, framing and eventually general construction.

After a number of years of dedication and learning in the construction field, Mr. Hoard expanded his business once again to custom home building. As the President and CEO of Chase Designer Homes and Chase General Contracting, Chris works closely with local developers to build beautiful custom homes throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Chris Hoard is a member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders and the Better Business Bureau of West Florida.
